RZFD-450ATF Fully Automatic Paper Bag Machine Supports Packaging Production Upgrades

As paper bag orders increasingly involve multiple specifications, shorter lead times, and customized branded packaging, packaging enterprises need greater flexibility in production organization. The RZFD-450ATF fully automatic paper bag machine can accommodate the production of square bottom paper bags with both twisted handles and flat handles and is suitable for supermarket retail, apparel, cosmetics, gifts, food packaging, and other applications. Bag making and handle attachment operate continuously, helping reduce semi-finished product handling and providing equipment support for both standard batch orders and small-batch customized production.

The machine can be used with water-based adhesives for food packaging and is compatible with commonly used materials such as kraft paper, white cardboard paper, pre-printed paper, and coated paper. When processing color-printed paper bags, the photoelectric positioning system and servo control system coordinate paper feeding, handle attachment, cutting, and forming positions according to printed registration marks, reducing the possibility of graphic registration deviation and bag shape misalignment. For food-contact paper bags, compliance should also be confirmed based on the paper, inks, adhesives, and finished product test results in accordance with the requirements of the target market.

The machine adopts a reinforced frame and enclosed protective structure to support continuous processing while facilitating workshop cleaning, routine inspection, and maintenance. The touchscreen system can store multiple sets of process parameters, reducing repeated setup when changing paper materials, specifications, or handle types. By integrating the production requirements of paper bags with two handle types, the machine helps improve workshop equipment utilization and expand the range of customized branded paper bag orders.
