RZFD-450ATF Fully Automatic Paper Bag Machine Supports Packaging Production Upgrades

The RZFD-450ATF fully automatic paper bag machine supports the production of square bottom paper bags with both twisted handles and flat handles and can be used for supermarket shopping, apparel and cosmetics, gifts, food packaging, and other applications. Centralized production of paper bags with two handle types helps reduce the need for duplicate single-function equipment, providing more flexibility for workshop layout and production capacity allocation.

The machine can be used with water-based adhesives for food packaging and is compatible with commonly used materials such as kraft paper, white cardboard paper, pre-printed paper, and coated paper. When processing color-printed paper bags, the photoelectric positioning system and servo control system coordinate paper feeding, cutting, and forming positions according to printed registration marks, reducing the impact of graphic deviation and paper stretching on packaging appearance. Handle attachment and square bottom forming operate continuously, helping maintain good consistency in handle positions, bag body crease lines, and bonding areas while facilitating brand graphic presentation and finished product organization.

The machine adopts a reinforced frame and enclosed protective structure to support continuous operation while facilitating routine cleaning, inspection, and maintenance. The touchscreen system can store multiple sets of process parameters, allowing the corresponding settings to be recalled when changing paper materials, specifications, or handle types and then adjusted according to trial-run conditions.
