All in Print China 2026 Concludes Successfully as Ruizhi Machinery Showcases Three New Machines

Exhibition | 28 October, 2026

The five-day All in Print China 2026 concluded successfully at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. Ruizhi Machinery showcased three new paper bag making machines—CS350T, CS450T, and RZFD-250AS—at Booth N3A213. Focusing on high-speed production, rapid size changeovers, and visual inspection technology, the company presented paper bag manufacturing solutions designed for various production requirements. Throughout the exhibition, the Ruizhi team engaged with industry professionals from different markets, exchanging insights on production efficiency, equipment automation, and the growing demand for diversified packaging solutions.

CS350T: High-Speed Production with Rapid Size Changeovers

The CS350T fully automatic high-speed paper bag making machine features a multi-servo control system designed for high output and rapid size changeovers. With a maximum production speed of 300 bags per minute, it is well suited for large-scale, standardized paper bag production. The machine supports one-click automatic size changeovers in just 15 minutes, significantly reducing the time required for repeated manual adjustments and making it easier to switch between different bag specifications.

Equipped with a German LENZE motion controller and servo system, along with SICK photoelectric tracking technology, the CS350T maintains stable operation and precise bag forming even at high production speeds. For packaging manufacturers that require both continuous high-volume production and the flexibility to handle orders with different specifications, the CS350T helps increase productivity while improving production scheduling flexibility.

CS450T: Large-Format Bag Production with Flexible Size Changeovers

The CS450T is designed for large-format paper bags with handles, as well as production involving multiple specifications and small-batch orders. With a maximum bag bottom width of 260 mm and a production speed of up to 150 bags per minute, the machine meets the diverse bag size requirements of shopping, retail, and branded packaging applications.

To address the complicated adjustment procedures and lengthy changeover times associated with conventional machines, the CS450T supports rapid bag size changeovers in just 25 minutes. This reduces manual adjustments and enables manufacturers to begin their next production run more quickly. By combining multi-servo control technology with a stable paper feeding system, the CS450T maintains consistent bag forming quality and reliable operation when producing large-format paper bags, offering greater flexibility for manufacturers handling orders with varying bag sizes and specifications.

RZFD-250AS: Integrated Visual Inspection, Automatic Stacking, and Bundling

The RZFD-250AS integrates paper bag making, visual inspection, automatic stacking, and bundling into a streamlined production process. It is designed to reduce the reliance on manual collection, sorting, and bundling in conventional paper bag production.

Equipped with a visual inspection system, the machine can automatically identify and reject defective paper bags during production, preventing them from entering subsequent processing stages. Qualified bags are then automatically collected, stacked, and bundled into neatly organized bundles, reducing manual handling and improving downstream production efficiency.

Advancing Paper Bag Manufacturing Through Innovation

At this year’s exhibition, the three machines demonstrated how Ruizhi Machinery addresses different production requirements. The CS350T combines high-speed output with one-click size changeovers to improve mass production efficiency. The CS450T offers large-format bag manufacturing capabilities and rapid size changeovers to accommodate diverse orders. Meanwhile, the RZFD-250AS reduces manual labor in downstream operations through automatic defect rejection, stacking, and bundling. Together, these machines offer manufacturers a wider range of production options while supporting material compatibility, operational stability, and consistent bag quality.

Although the exhibition has come to an end, technological innovation continues. Through All in Print China 2026, Ruizhi Machinery strengthened its connections with packaging industry partners worldwide and gained further insights into market demands for production efficiency, automation, and diverse paper bag specifications.

Looking ahead, Ruizhi Machinery will continue to optimize machine performance and advance automation technologies, providing customers worldwide with more stable, efficient, and flexible paper bag manufacturing solutions while supporting the continued development of the sustainable packaging industry.
