RZFD-250T Automatic Paper Bag Machine Supports Customized Brand Packaging in Multiple Specifications

The RZFD-250T automatic paper bag machine can produce both standard square bottom paper bags and customized paper bags with branded graphics on the same production line. For bakery shops, food takeaway businesses, and supermarket retail orders, packaging enterprises can select paper materials, bag widths, and bottom widths according to specific applications. The machine supports batch production of standard bags while allowing adjustments to specifications and printing layouts to meet customer requirements, making it suitable for both large-volume and small-batch orders.

The machine can be used with water-based adhesives for food packaging applications, including bread bags, prepared food packaging bags, and beverage takeaway bags. With an optional inline printing unit, printed roll paper can enter the bag-making process directly, reducing rewinding and secondary material loading. The printed registration mark tracking system identifies printing marks and adjusts cutting positions to ensure that brand logos, graphics, and text are positioned accurately in the designated areas of the bag. For handled square bottom paper bags, corresponding processing units can be selected according to the required handle type.

The enclosed protective structure helps reduce external dust entering the processing area while facilitating workshop cleaning and routine inspection. Wear-resistant transmission components are designed to support continuous operation. Paper feeding, folding, bottom sealing, and finished bag collection are completed in a continuous process, reducing manual handling. Finished square bottom paper bags can be folded flat and stacked for convenient carton packing and delivery. Once opened, they are easy to use for retail packaging and product display.
