RZFD-330TF Fully Automatic Paper Bag Machine Expands Customized Handle Bag Production

The RZFD-330TF fully automatic paper bag machine can switch between the production of round rope and flat handle square bottom paper bags on the same production line. Packaging enterprises can select paper materials, handle types, and bag dimensions according to the requirements of supermarket, food service, apparel, and gift packaging customers. Handle attachment and bag making are completed in a continuous process, reducing semi-finished product handling and making it easier to arrange small-batch customized orders alongside regular batch production.

With an optional inline printing module, printed roll paper can enter the bag-making process directly, eliminating the need for rewinding and secondary material loading. The printed registration mark tracking system adjusts cutting positions according to printing marks, ensuring that brand logos, graphics, and text are positioned in their designated areas while reducing the impact of cutting deviations on the printed layout. For bakery, prepared food, and beverage packaging bags, water-based adhesives suitable for food packaging can be selected according to paper characteristics and application requirements.

When changing bag specifications or handle types, operators can recall stored process parameters and verify bag length, handle position, and bottom bonding conditions through a trial run before starting production, reducing repeated setup. The enclosed protective structure helps reduce external dust entering the processing area while facilitating routine cleaning and inspection. Finished square bottom paper bags can be folded flat, stacked, and packed into cartons for delivery, then opened for filling at retail stores.
