The Ministry of Commerce will separately formulate relevant regulations on the use and recovery report of disposable plastic products in the commercial field, and establish a corresponding information reporting platform to facilitate local governments and enterprises to report information.
Local competent commercial departments should urge and guide relevant enterprises to do a good job in information submission and timely summarize and report as required.
At the same time, the use and recycling of plastic products in this region should be published in an appropriate manner and subject to social supervision.

4. improve the commercial law enforcement supervision mechanism
